North Vista Medical Center accepts patients with
and without insurance.

We accept most insurances and health plans. Be sure to bring your insurance card to every appointment. Please notify the front desk whenever your insurance coverage changes so the medical staff can update your medical records.

Insurance Co-Payments

Many insurance plans require patients to make a co-payment at the time of their visit. North Vista Medical Center accepts most forms of payment including cash, checks and the following credit cards:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

North Vista Medical Center currently accepts most major insurance carriers including, but not limited to:

  • Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield
  • PHCS
  • Cigna
  • Rocky Mountain Healthcare
  • Colorado Doctors Plan
  • United Healthcare

If you do not see your insurance provider on our list, please contact our office to discuss your options.

For patients without insurance or with a high deductible insurance plan, North Vista Medical Center is excited to offer the Nextera HealthcareTM program. This revolutionary new program is an exciting new option for those looking for a complete primary care program, including after-hours service for urgent medical problems — all for an affordable monthly fee.

Credit Card

We require all patients to leave a credit card number on file with our office. The card will only be used for those patient accounts that have been delinquent for more than 90 days. We will submit claims to your insurance company, send out monthly statements, and make payment arrangements. However, if we are unable to collect (or make payment arrangements) and the account is more than 90 days overdue, we will process the credit card.
